This is a carebear fondant cake I made for St. Pattie's day to bring into work. I had the center filled with raspberry puree so it 'bled' when cut into but people found that distrubing so I won't be posting that one, lol.
I've been trying different layer recipes, and haven't found one that I like yet. I want something that can be handled easily and dense enough to be cut/sculpt into. Does anyone have a good layer recipe?
